Baptist Hospital of Nashville Hospital

The staff was very sweet, I felt very comfortable with them. The hospital was too big and spread out. I am used to large hospitals but this was ridiculous. Be prepared to walk no matter what you do. LOL
My care was fine. The only complaint that I do have is the large pressure area from the abdominal binder that formed. I did tell the nurse that the binder was causing pain and she felt it was the staples. The area is healing so no harm done, but, it was approximately 9 inches longs going horizontally along my right side. When we finally took the binder off, skin came off with it. Not pretty. Still, overall, I felt the care was fine.

I highly reccomend this hospital!

The staff was slow to answer call and were very rough with all the tubes going in and out. Some stepped on them and another almost tore my ns tube out. Although there was a really sweet tech named Sydney that bathed me and took really good care when she was on duty

The staff was wonderful and never once gave us a bit of trouble. Id use this again if need be.

Was a little shaken when nurses didn't check wrist band for name or allergy alert when given meds. Was in abdominal binder when I woke, it contanted latex which I'm allergic, I removed it when I became fully awake & was itching terribly

From the day of my pre-op testing until my discharge, I never met an unfriendly face or person. They were extremely accomodating, not only to me, but to my husband and family as well. I felt like I was the only patient my nurse had each shift.

They were very compassionate towards me. They seemed to really care. They were gentle, yet firm when needed (like telling me I had to walk!) It was just a place that made the surgery so much more bearable.

My husband stayed with me my entire hosptial stay, one of the things he found impressive was the choices and prices of the cafeteria. There was variety and the prices were not bad at all!

The hospital staff was very helpful and attentive. They were very nice to my family while I was there. Anything I asked for, I got. They were great!

Biggest problem for me was response time if I needed something. Also, the kitchen took 3 meal times to get my meals switched from clear liquid to full liquid and I had to wait an hour after everyone ate to get the right meal. The employees were very nice and my experience overall was good.
