I have never been treated so kindly as I was at this hospital. They actually made me feel comfortable and treated me like a person with feelings. Alot of hospitals treat you like they are doing YOU a favor by letting you use their facility, and Baptist treated me like they were happy to do so.

I felt the staff at Baptist were great and they really helped me when I needed it. They were professional and mostly overall friendly.

The staff at the hospital were great. They made sure I had everything I needed and that my mom who stayed with me in the Courtesy Suite had everything she needed. In general I felt safe and comfortable and like the staff was doing everything it could to meet my needs.

The staff is excellent. The only problem we had was the hospital beds themselves.
The hospital was very supportive to both me as a patient and my husband. They provided him a place to stay, in the hospital, since we were out of towners.
A very open minded hospital that offers many healing choices, such as accupuncture, massage, Healing touch, etc.
