Baptist Hospital of Nashville Hospital

I didn't think they checked on post-op patients as much as I did. However, the nonlicensed staff were very helpful and seemed to be plentiful. Every time I rang for assistance, I received it quickly.
The most important thing to me is that I was able to have my surgery and do my recovery without getting any nosocomial infection.

The paperwork, regardless for surgery or visits is a little much. They need a network or database that can house the information. I had to do pre-op testing and admin - I know I filled out or answered the same questions at least 6 or 7 times in different areas. That was a little ridiculous. Other than that, this hospital is CLEAN!! The staff is knowlegable, friendly, caring, and compassionate. They take care of you and your family like you were their own families. They checked my arm band even before dropping off food trays just as they did before giving me meds. They provide quality healthcare. I will use Baptist as long as I live in TN.

Baptist was a nice Hospital the staff was verry helpful and allways there for any thing that i wanted. The people of Nashville were great to myself and my family we were there for almost 4 months the Hospitality house of Nashville also was a great place for my family due to a long stay and being almost 500 miles from Home

Upon arrival the admissions the staff was very nice and professional. When I arrived at the surgical area, my husband and pastor were allowed back with me and I was remarkable calm. They stayed with me until I was rolled into surgery. Once in my room, the nurses and staff were very nice and once I was able to sleep, they tried to alot me as much time as possible between vital checks. They also wheeled in a cot for my husband who stayed every night with me.
