Baptist Hospital of Nashville Hospital

Baptist was excellent. The nurses and staff were fabulous. I highly reccommend Baptist.

I had really great nurses throughout my stay. They were caring and kind, and very professional and quick to respond to any need.

I had some nurses that really acted like they cared what you were feeling and some who were there just to draw a paycheck.
My mother was there to help me 24/7 and since she was there they acted like it was her job to do things for me.
My cathader ran over onto the floor.
After asking for pain medicine twice I had to get up and go find someone to give me my medication.
I was not given a bath or for 3 days. Thank goodness I had help with me.

With the exception of two male night shift employees who were lacking in empathy and bedside manner, the nursing care was excellent. They encouraged my family to stay and were very helpful.

The food is nasty! The staff was limited due to the snow. But, my Dr. was great

The staff was great and friendly. They cheered me when I made laps in the hall way. They were earnest in their care and excitement for me.

after surgery make sure someone stays with you. You will not be checked on by the staff, unless they have to.

The staff answered every call I made. If I was in pain, I immediately rec medicine. If I needed help all I had to do was call

I had some great caregivers and some really bad ones but my surgeon and the clinical director were both very receptive to my issues and resolved them immediately.

I was treated like a queen the whole time. From the pre-admitting, admitting, OR, SICU, and regular floor 8Kidd bldg. all was excellent
