I thought that my room was very old and in need of major updates. My TV cord did not work and I did not like sharing a bathroom with someone else.

first shift and second shift nurses where great third shift sucked!!!!

I had a very good experience here and the nursing staff and doctors were very compassionate and kind.

I must say that the nurses and the techs were wonderful, but the cleaning staff and the people assigned to bring you to your room after xrays were horrible. The hospital in my opionion was dirty and crawling with germs. My garbage container remained full for 2 and 1/2 days. Its a shame not everyone takes pride in their work.

The hospital is huge but professional. They check and re-check you, your needs, your paperwork. They are all remarkable at every stage of your stay. Saint Raphael's is Excellent.
