RA runs in our family, I have 2 sisters who have it and one of those sisters has a daughter with it. Thank goodness it skipped right over me and my other sister and my 2 brothers. Hope you feel better.!

Good Morning! I hope today is one of the best Tuesdays, ever! Good luck with the flooring at your mom's, I hope it all goes well. How did your interviews go yesterday?

I am grateful that it is supposed to be a little cooler today and for the rest of the week. We hit over 100F degrees over the weekend and I am don't want that yet.

Accountability: On plan, nothing to eat after my planned evening snack-on a streak (it's only 4 days right now but I'll take it!)

QOTD: Hmmm, I can't think of one right now but I saw the new trailer for Wreck It Ralph II and can't wait for that one to come out.

Time since surgery: 3 years 9 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Hot Salami and cheese pack and Carbmaster yogurt

D: Pineapple jalapeno chicken burger, spinach salad, and a few strawberries

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1208 Protein:108 Carbs:68 Fat:60

Have a great one!

Good Morning Julia and Menu Family!

A childhood friend of mine, whom I've recently gotten reacquainted with, went horseback riding with me yesterday and we had so much fun! It was a beautiful day! I'll save the pictures for Photo Friday.

Last night for the second time I had severe stomach pains. The last time it happened I went to the doctor and he thought I "popped a kidney stone" so I assume that's what happened again last night. Good grief kidney stones are super painful!

QOTD: I can't really think of much. Monty Python's Search for the Holy Grail is probably my all time favorite funny movie, so that would be cool if there were more movies like that one. Also, if Robin Williams was still alive, I'd love a sequel to Mrs. Doubtfire or ANY of his movies!

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 98, Calories - 1,325, Carbs - 131.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana

L: chicken cold meat & cheese on 45 calorie bread, light & fit Greek yogurt

D: crustless chicken pot pie

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, broccoli salad

E: walking Blossom

Have a wonderful day everyone!

~ Karen

Ouch! Popping a kidney stone sounds terrible. I hope that you don't have any more pain like that!
