Hi everyone! Day 28 of running streak done- it was a miserable one-- raining which means wet socks. Kudos on the running clinic IF! I like my solitude running by self.

We are currently on the road to spend the week with my parents in SC. We'll explore stuff to do while there too.

Qotd: goal: to maintain my current weight- and let me tell ya- figuring out that's what I need to do at the moment is an accomplishment in and of itself. My running streak is something I'm proud of right now- never did it before but it's challenged me in a new way. I'm loving muscle definition I see- and others see it to as I've gotten compliments on my 'guns'.

217 today, 3.1 years out

m1: Protein shake, Greek yogurt

m2: cheese eggs, bacon, raisin toast (waffles house)

M3/4: ??

5'6.5" High weight:337 Lowest weight:193/31 BMI: Goal: 195-205/31-32 BMI

You are beautiful Shauna! Congratulations on your running streak - that's amazing. With my knees I'm not sure I'll ever run! But I'll see how they feel when I'm a little lighter. Have a wonderful visit!

Morning weekenders! Thank goodness it is Saturday. My husband is still super sick but I did manage to get him to a doctor yesterday. No, it is not a simple cold. In fact it is a pretty nasty infection. He is on meds now and should be feeling better by tomorrow afternoon. Finally.

Qotd: My NSV's are still pretty small I feel, but so important. My sugar cravings are gone to start with. Someone commented yesterday that they noticed I have bread with breakfast, this is true. And sometimes crackers with lunch or dinner. Bread items have never been a problem for me, but sugar has been! Last night I helped host an ice cream social at my neighborhood pool. I bought everything, the toppings and ice cream. Then I put everything out in bowls for the kids to serve themselves... the nsv? I could smell all of it including some of my old favorites and it made my stomach turn! Not only was I able to say "no" but unlike in the past when it was a major struggle, I found I genuinely didn't -want- any of it.

Accountability: Perfect! I hit everything on time with vitamins and water was consistent through the day, food was exactly to plan!

Bf: 1egg, 1 slice Dave's killer bread thin powerseed, 1t margarine, 1t sugar free jam

MS: 2 homemade protein cookies (throwing the rest away tomorrow these are great nutritionally but I now have the ingredients to try again and improve them) 1 babybel cheese

L: 4oz Siggi's yogurt, 37g Julian's bakery pro granola

AS: 2oz cottage cheese, 1 scoop beneprotein

D: The other enchilada from the realgood enchilada box (1/2 serving)

A premier protein pudding if I need it and 1/4 cup raspberries

So glad to hear that your DH was diagnosed, and should be on the mend very shortly.

Congrats to you for your proximity to ice cream, etc. without having any, even without wanting to have any! That's real progress!

Good afternoon! Hope everyone is able to do something for themselves today. I went to ladies thing at church this morning and will walkcthia evening. In between? Being lazy!

QOTD I am so amazed at wherw I am today compared to 6 months ago. Granted I've only lost 45ish lbs, but I am weighing and tracking everything I eat and am walking 30mins a day for 5 days. I know my activity level is going to increase as I get more fit and that is awesome. Of course kuddos go out to all of you for being so helpful!

Yesterday cal 608, prot 68, carbs 34, fat 23. Today B 1st tea with half and half then a slice of 45 cal multigrain bread with PB and SF jam. L deli chicken, blueberries, cucumber. D not sure. Snacks light string cheese, ham. Maybe 1/2 premier shake.

Have a good afternoon!

Pamela
