I've officially lost my husband (in weight!)

I whizzed right by it and didn't even realize until this morning. I've lost almost 180 pounds! That means I've lost my husband's body weight (plus a few pounds). Holy crap.

Mixed feelings on that. Happy that I'm being successful (and still losing at a pretty good clip 14 months out!), but also sad that I had that much to lose (plus more) to go. Hmmm... therapy is this morning *laughing*

You've done awesome gurl. I know, even I can acknowledge the weight loss on my end but then it's like crap, I needed to lose that much? I still cringe when I tell people I've lost 120 pounds but it is what it is. Now we can just look on the bright side and see how far we've come and all the positives that come along with it. Yay!!!!
Best of luck to you with the rest of your journey Candy!

Yeah, I just keep saying that the number matters little... it's the changes I'm making in lifestyle and in my head that really do. But man... it's hard to believe.

LOL... hold still so I can catch you ;)

148. Hmmm... yeah, that probably won't happen with major plastics over here, but I've vowed to never to never again, so who knows! 150 is right around the upper range of "normal" but I dunno... we shall see :)

Thanks, I was telling my therapist this morning that even if the ride ends in 20 pounds or 50 pounds or whatever #... it's like it never really will though, right? I dunno. Kind of in a weird half depressed mood about it today. I mean, it really will be a lifelong struggle. Hmmm...
