I woke up this morning with a whole new attitude--and no knee pain!  So I am ready to go and get a good workout in!

When I get home I'll do a P90X workout....before I sit outside and enjoy my Friday night dirty martini!!

10 min walking on TM for warmup/cooldown
40 min running on TM - endurance run (5.07 miles)
1600 meter swimming (main set was 4 X (4X50) intervals)

After three days off from terrible GI troubles, I got in a 3 mile run in 31 minutes.

weights - legs, some arms - 20 minutes
1 mile on the TM - 11 min
2 min cool down
stretching

played basketball at work for like 20 minutes - kinda counts..
