Vacation throws my normal schedule off a little this week - and it's also my first rest week in my lifting program!  

Monday - yoga at home
Tuesday - running, stretching
Wednesday - yoga at home
Thursday - running, stretching, eating
Friday - yoga at home
Saturday - yoga at home
Sunday - running, stretching, lifting

This is going to be a crazy week with Thanksgiving at my house for 22 people!  LOL!

Monday - short run

Tuesday - mile swim

Wednesday - starting to cook... going to get in a short run or a circuit workout

Thursday - short run in the morning (hopefully)

Friday - rest

Saturday - run

Sunday - rest

Missed 3 days last week thanks to strep throat.  Young kids in daycare bringing home all the diseases.

Good luck on your 10K!  I should really find a race for Thanksgiving but my body is sooo tired from Universal Studios.  We did 30,000 steps on Saturday alone.

Thanks!  I'm dealing with some Plantar Fasciitis and the strep hangover, so I'm not real optimistic about a good time.  I know that beat up feeling of too many steps.  Went to Vegas last February and after the long weekend my vivofit said something like 115,000.  And that was still me at pushing 300.  Not fun.

Monday - off.  My hip started hurting on my long run on Friday.  I was pushing pretty hard trying to set a PR for 10K and it started hurting at the 4 mile mark.  So, I pretty much had to walk back.

Tuesday - too damn cold

Wednesday - 4 miles MAF.  Took it slow and easy. Hip felt ok.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

Wed - cold today probably Zumba for 60 mins

Thu - 3.5 mile run

Fri - 3.5 mile run

Sat - 60 min Step class

Sun - 60 min Zumba
