RNY  7 Years 9 Months Post Op

Morning

MIA yesterday and travelling today.  What's listed isn't enough food for me.  Likely add another 4 - 500 calories at least at some point 

STEPS - 8834

EATS

B - 2 eggs scrambled with 1 TB of parmesan

S - 3 oz Oscar Meyer Honey Ham

L - not sure - hopefully nothing

D - 4 oz rotisserie chicken - no skin

S - 2 Oikos greek

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 592,  Carbs - 26 Grams,  Protein - 69 Grams

 

All water and vits - lots of decaf coffee

didnt go to the gym as I am little sore and tender from working the standing 8 hrs twisting and lifting. 

Breakfast protein shake 

snack Greek yogurt with bran buds

lunch pea soup with added cheese 

snack beef jerky 

dinner not sure yet

RNY 9+ months Post Op

Good morning everyone!  Getting conflicting road reports for our area.  All the school buses are cancelled, maybe I should stay home!! LOL, I wish.

Hit the gym last night and achieved my step goal by 145%.  Back there again tonight!

B - 1 egg, 1 cheese slice

S - 2 HB eggs

L - taco salad with salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese

S - 4 slices deli turkey with mustard

D - chicken and a bit of stuffing

Totals - Cal 816, Carbs 22, Protein 88

Good morning everyone.  Nia if you are reading this, I hope that there is some improvement with your sister.

Going to brave the weather and go swimming.  Going out with a friend this afternoon, sort of a Girls Gone Mild afternoon.  Home tonight to put on my fuzzy socks and watch TV by the fire.  Pat enjoy that fire tonight.

The eats today are:

Lots of decaf

Scrambled eggs

Chicken roasted (haven't had this in a while so fingers crossed)

Shrimp with spicy mayo

Good morning :)

Not much planned for today. Just keeping out of the rain. I'm annoyed because I'm still waiting on the bathroom contractor. He said "a.m."... Annoyingly vague.

Breakfast - yogurt, turkey sausage

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - ham on thin bun

Dinner - leftovers

Been a busy couple of days so it's been hard to pop on.

6 weeks and one day post op

Total weight lost including optifast weight - 57 lbs!!

Menu for the day

b - poached egg with cheese string

s - strawberry Greek yogurt

L - 2oz chicken breast with laughing cow cheese wedge

s - premier protein

d - 2oz turkey breast with steamed broccoli and cauliflower

s - sugar free popcycle

cal 698 pro 83 carbs 41

yesterday my steps were just shy of 8000 so my goal today it to get over 8000

Top of the day! Happy 4 weeks post op to me. 

It's crapping rain outside today so glad I'm at work. Lots to do today, obedience classes with the black dog and vet with the old dog should keep me hopping LOL

You weren't always in Smith Falls were you Bonnie?   Nice town.
