Good morning :)

Ginny, your running posts are making me seriously think about taking up running again. Which program/app are you following?

Today I have massage therapy again. Last time was pretty painful, and I'm hoping she can do more work on my hip and upper thigh. I also have to pop over to my grandparent's house to disassemble some of their electronics in preparation for their move. Thankfully they have been working in stages, so we won't have one massive move day.

Breakfast - sausage, oatmeal

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - chili, cheese

Snack - turkey, pickles

Dinner - tbd

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Hi Meg,

I downloaded C25K program. It's an 8 week program. It's meant to be a Mon-Wed-Fri thing (or at least 3 days per week) but I was running everyday for a couple weeks because I got behind the group due to vacation. It seems now that I am the group so back to 3 days a week. It's funny because I don't particularly enjoy it while I'm doing it, but when I'm done I feel accomplished and on the days I'm not running I feel guilty like I should be!!
