That's what I dread, when I see him in a couple weeks, that he won't be happy with my weight loss, because I'm happy with what I've lost so far. He better not be disappointed lol The last thing you want to hear when we've done all this hard work is hear that, but sounds like you didn't take it too hard.
Dietitian told me their goal was a bmi of 30. Not that you have to accept that, but either way, you look great at a bmi of 30...I'm sure you'll get to where you want to be :)
