Didn't see a thread started so here goes!

Yoga at lunch, thank goodness.  What will the rain and general spring like weather we are having, a bit of stretching will do me good!  I'm also going to try a Power Vinyasa class this evening so wish me luck!

Any piano players out there in OH land?  If so, got any advice on calming nerves before a piano recital?  Me thinks I need to find my "happy place" and chant some Ohhmmmmmm's.

Today is a good day, that golden orb is up in the sky and everyone is dressed like spring.  I'm wearing a skirt that really today is probably the last time I can wear it ...it's slipping down my hips like no one's business, but it is my favorite spring skirt!

Today's eats as I know them
B:  Choco protein shake
L:  Lasanga cupcake and cucumbers
AS:  1 Piece Beef Jerky and Vergeers cheddar
S:  No idea, it's coffee/supper night tonight, but the choices at the restuarant are not great, may just eat at home and save myself the heaves later :)

S:  Probably will not have anything, depending on my protein levels

Riding my bike for exercise, for it is not raining for the first time in days!

Question: Do you have any problems eating jerky?? I LOVE beef or turkey jerky. I wasn't sure if it was edible after wls because it is so tuff. Let me know. Thanks for sharing.

I love jerky, but it's soooo high in sodium I have it only occasionally.  No issues with toughness.  I can actually tolerate it better sometimes than I can chicken breast!

I have just started it again.  I chew it extremely well and I really limit how much I take in cause it's really high in calories too, but it helps when I am craving something salty and chewy :)  I also get fresh locally made stuff from the butcher, which is better at least I find for me.

Today will be a pretty busy one - at my parent's house waiting for them to get back from grocery shopping so I can help carry in / put away. I am fixing lunch for them, then off to workout for an hour with the trainer. Straight to work from the gym (after a shower... stinky), work a couple of hours then take some flex time to go to support group, swing back by my parent's to help my mom to bed and then back to wor****il midnight.
There was a big dog food recall of some major premium brands and MY dog's bag of food is included. So I have to go buy dog food and get the UPC of this bag sent off. Sheesh.

B - mint cookie protein / skim milk
L - grilled steak, peas and butter beans(yikes on the carbs), cucumber and tomato slices
D - steak, peppers, cukes and maters
S - would love to say Quest, but I'm not getting my hopes up.So probably cottage cheese and SF jello w/ fruit
S- I guess laughing cow cheese?
