Ugh Cynthia- I'm sorry. That has got to be maddening. Its hard for my mind to process that your body is open and there's nothing they can do for you-- but you're living it. Sending healing vibes your way. 

I love, love love the thought "Bariatric bars, shakes and powders are Bariatric fast food". So true- and that's just how I treat them, only when I need something fast!

I definitely malabsorb protein.  I have to shoot for 100 g per day or my prealbumin level tanks.  I still do one to two protein shakes a day at 15 months out, because otherwise it's a struggle to get up to 100 grams.

I forgot the QOTD. Fitbit One. All I really pay attention to are the steps. I would dislike the sort you have to wear on your wrist.

I did just get a notice from Fitbit that I passed 7,900 miles, which is the diameter of the Earth. I also passed 13,000,000 steps not too long ago.

Good morning menu gang!!!! Today after church we are going hiking and I am so excited!! I am super excited about all meat week!!!

QOTD- I have the Fitbit Alta. I like it but I think I am rewarding myself with an Apple Watch. My baby daughter has one and she loves it.
