Morning menu crew!!

weekend should be good, my mom has decided to cook a turkey Saturday for some reason hahah so family dinner it is! And we'll check on the hops! Also hope to get some stuff done around the house too.

Qotd: I'm a magnet for mosquitos. At least I was pre-op. I'm hoping JB's magic rubs off on me!!

Ive been bouncing around the same weight for over 2 weeks and it's getting old, so I'm going to cut out most dairy other than my protein shake and change things up! I've been tracking my food, but hadn't actually been looking at the stats closely, and while I'm still technically on plan, my calories are up and protein is down in the 60 ish range, so that's not so good! I've been relying on things like yogurt and cheese to get through busy days at the office, but that's no excuse.

Menu:

B: premiere protein

L: 1/2 can of tuna with a bit of mayo and peppers

D: going out for dinner with a friend, but it will be meat and veg only.

S: more tuna

S2: strawberries and a few walnut pieces, I haven't weighed yet.

Pics: here are a few from last weekend when we built the hopyard! And a Selfie of me when I was cold and getting whiny haha

Good Friday morning menu folks!

I am very grateful that the long holiday weekend is here for us. We don't have plans other than going to the pool, but I feel the need for some serious R & R. I also hope to get in some good walks between the showers on the forecast.

I'm working from home today so I will get in a long walk today.

QOTD: I get bit by mosquitos but not as bad as some folks. I try to keep the standing water down in my backyard so they don't breed, but we seem to get them anyway.

Breakfast: egg whites, LF Mexican cheese

Snack: Fuzzy Navel protein shake

Lunch: TJ's chicken salad

Snack: turkey breast

Dinner: shrimp, broccoli

Exercise: 4 mile walk

Those ducks are adorable!

Good morning menu crew and Happy Friday! I'm feeling very stressed today. I really hope we find a new place soon! We do go see 2 houses this weekend and we have a few other prospects so I just need to relax and breathe but it will be so much easier once we have a place.

I'm officially 2 weeks into a stall! The longest one ever and I'm getting impatient. It's so frustrating- I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do. And as you can see, patience is not my strong suit. Anyway, enough complaining from me- work is going much better so that's a definite plus. The manager that's been giving me a hard time sent an email to my manager and their boss the other day saying what a great job I'm doing.

QOTD- Mosquitoes don't like me either we stay in a tent for one of our conventions every July and everyone else will have tons of mosquito bites and I have 1. My best friend is allergic to deet so we don't use it but we've had a lot of luck with a spray from Melaleuca called soluguard. It has tea tree oil and thyme oil in it along with other stuff and it is surprisingly effective.

Menu:

B: Protein shake

L: Leftover spicy chicken and shrimp from dinner last night

D: Pork Chops on the BBQ

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

77 lbs lost and counting!

Losing the regain! I got this!
