Happy Friday! Today's menu:

B: protein shake

MS: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, with 1 oz of frozen berries

L: Garden salad with cheese and tuna (and 351 Magnum hot sauce, because that's how I roll)

AS: 1/2 cup FF greek yogurt with 1 oz frozen berries

S: No clue, likely a piece of chicken or maybe chili.

ES: Decaf coffee.

Mosquitos LOVE me. The feeling is the exact opposite of mutual. It doesn't stop me from doing outdoorsy things, and I try to use repellent whenever possible. I react with the usual raised itchy bump, but it doesn't drive me insane for more than a few hours. I should invest in Bug juice and sunscreen. Or invent a sunscreen/bug juice if they haven't. Hmm...

Photo is just a pic of my drums, I took while performing a couple of years ago on a remote northern Ontario Aboriginal reserve for their end-of-season moose hunt feast. It was an incredible time with amazing folks. The drums are still intact, but I've traded / upgraded most of my cymbals now so it looks a bit different. Love it though.

Remember, no matter where you go.......there you are.

With a drum set like that I'm glad that you're not my neighbor! Every time a house sells in our neighborhood, I dread the thought of cymbals!
