What's on your menu (PHOTO FRIDAY) RNYers?

Happy Friday Menu Crew! How are you all? Who has great plans for the weekend? We have one of those weekends where we are booked with lots of things, this rarely happens, hubby and I are home bodies. Didn't make it to Costco/pet store last night so that's on for tonight. Meeting some of hubby's family from New York who are in Niagara Falls on Saturday for dinner and Sunday my niece is coming to my house with a Uhaul to pick up a spare bed and some misc furniture as she is taking the big leap and moving in with her boyfriend and then we have a bbq with some old friends we met when we were first dating and we adore this couple!

Accountability: stayed 100% on plan, fell asleep again on the couch at 7pm, woke up at 10pm had some pork jerky and went to bed. Did not each lunch or my afternoon snack.

QOTD: Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate or chocolate is not your thing? For me 1st is milk chocolate following by white and last dark. I LOVE chocolate and I love chocolate that is flavoured or has nuts and fruit in it, yup that was one of my many vices when I was MO, yummy chocolate! I love all the different kinds of Lindt balls they have now, but my all time fav Lindt ball flavour is White Chocolate.

3.9 years since RNY surgery - maintenance food - below is what I have planned & recorded in MFP

B: 6am - 12pm - tons of decaf coffee with vanilla PP used as creamer

L: 12pm - 2pm - take out tandoori chicken skewer (5oz) with hot sauce

S: 2pm - 6pm - decaf coffee with vanilla PP & 2 cheese strings

D: 6pm - 8pm - dinner TBD, might grab a rotisserie chicken and have 5oz with A1 sauce after shopping

S: 8pm - 10pm - yogurt with 1 tbsp SF raspberry jam

I put the times I eat here for anyone, like the newbies who might be curious what my day looks like

TOTALS without dinner: 700 calories, 96 protein, 26 carbs

V: patches are on

L: 120oz + is my minimum I drink daily

E: no gym, just running errands

Maintenance is extremely HARD. I had surgery on my stomach not my brain. The struggle is real and I work daily to maintain my weight loss, you can do it too!

Good morning Daisy and the menu folks! It's finally Friday and boy am I happy that the work week is almost over. I had a rough day yesterday and hope that today is more relaxed. I am in the midst of doing OT for about a month, so I will work longer today and again for a few hours on Sunday. I plan to take Saturday off so I don't burn out too much.

As for plans, definitely a trip to Trader Joe's for provisions and making something for the week ahead. I'd like to get in an extra session at the pool too, but we'll see how it goes.

QOTD: I was allergic to chocolate growing up so I never developed a strong taste for it. I do like white chocolate and an occasional milk chocolate, but not really dark chocolate. I love white chocolate and macadamia nut cookies now that you mention it.

Menu: Breakfast: Hard boiled egg, 2 oz ham

Snack: Cappuccino protein shake

Lunch: TJ's chicken sausage

Snack: 2 oz turkey breast

Dinner: shrimp, broccoli

Exercise: either a long walk in the morning before the rain or 60 minutes on the treadmill

Good morning Menu folks. Another fun filled busy weekend for me, camp here we come. Packed and ready to go. Ryley, Bethany and I will leave right after work and Joddie will meet us up there.

Accountability - spot on.

QOTD - I dont touch chocolate, too dangerous for me to even think about.

B - Pure protein bar

S - Apple pie greek yogurt

L - Left over tbone

S - buddig meat

D - Burrito bowl minus the actual wrap.

E - may run when I get to camp, if not will be two days off in a row for me, ( I get 10,000 steps in daily even without gym or run time)
