Good morning! Happy Friday everyone...only one week left in 2018, isn't that crazy?

QOTD1 - I am off today for my mamo and because I didn't have any meetings after; I think I will go to the bookstore and to a movie afterwards. I'm on call on Monday since we have a skeleton crew working (and I need to finish a big proposal for our new fiscal year...the deadline was "before christmas" so I'll be under the wire) and then off on Tuesday and again on 1/1. I have a lot of telecommute options for the days I do have to work so that's nice!

QOTD2 - I am sorry you don't get family support; I've never understood why people aren't just happy when two people find each other and make each other happy. I skip Christmas with the family; if I was closer to my sister's I would go there but since I'm not, I look at it as a time to relax and reset myself. I've even just started to not feel guilty about it, lol!

I haven't completely decided my menu today but there will be coffee and there will be tea. There will be deli roast beef, a protein shake and possibly the topping from a thin crust pizza. We shall see!

My photos today are a giant friend I found at the airport, sunset from my walk a few days ago and my friends and I after we mastered the escape room.

It was fun but we had one friend *****ally had a hard time in the enclosed space...he was better when he realized the door we came in wasn't actually locked, it was honor system. We had two rooms and had to find the clue to unclock the window in-between and then the teams in each room had to work together to escape, then we escaped into another room we all had to get out of together.

I did the escape room with my coworkers and while it was fun I felt way too closed in cause i'm very claustrophobic. I was ready to break the damn door down just get the hell out there! LOL!

Great pics, how was the escape room?

Pre- Surgery/ Type 2 Diabetes, High BP and Cholesterol, treated with 6 medications, including Insulin. Post Op- low dose BP med 2022, Mounjaro 10/2023

HW - 299 , Consult day weight - 277, Day of surgery ( 11/19/2014) - 259,LW - 178, GW - 195, CW- 194.2 - reached goal

It was fun! Some people Are super competitive so you really see some personalities!! Our best player just solved a 3 digit number lock just by guessing and it's the only reason we escaped!!
