Stalls Suck

 I'm going on a 4 week stall.  I've been patient up until this point, I know Im loosing somewhere because I damn sure can't eat much.  It is discouraging but I'll stay on plan even though the shakes are getting harder and harder to stomach.  Just needed to vent!

 Ugh... no doubt. I'm on a 1 week stall and ready to flip. Physiologically it doens't make sense to me. I just keep upping my water, protein and exercise until I hopefully break it. 

I also went today and started getting lower fat/ lower calorie versions of the meats and cheeses I have been eating just to shave a few calories off here and there! 

Good luck! Maybe measure yourself. And just think, you're getting healthier!

Nice catch.

It's not useful when we don't know anything about intake at all - calories, protein, carbs, water, etc.  Exercise too.  Is active journaling happening?  What's going on here?  I dunno.

After a month, could be an indication of entering maintenance rather than a stall. Depends...

good call, that sure was an exessive amount of calaries you at in the one sitting like 2000, I'm sure that adds to you not losing, are you counting your calories usually?
