6 months post op and lovin it (pics)
Hi
Can't believe 6 months has gone by since my surgery. I have loved my sleeve from day one. I am so happy I did the surgery. The weight loss has gotten a lot harder for me these past two months. Although I am tracking my food and staying under 800 calories and 40 grams of carbs, my weight loss has stalled a number of times and the scale is moving downward very slowly. So its been a bit frustrating. But I can't really complain too much because I am down 66% of my excess weight. I am going to up my exercise to see if that can help speed things up. This has been a fantastic journey. Below are some recent progress pics:
Thanks to everyone on here for sharing their experiences and advice.

Hi Stephanie,
Way to go you look great and your house it beautiful too. Keep after it because it doesn't get easier the further out you get. My doc calls the first year the "golden year" and I'd have to agree with him. I'm approaching a year and I can eat more than I like and I'm also starting to crave carbs and fight hunger. So stick with your 800 calories and under 40 grams of carbs. If you allow yourself more, things will go down hill quickly.
Congratulation on your success, you look very happy!
