ONE year anniversary,, Pics ..

Wow!! Time sure does fly by. One year ago as of yesterday the 19th I had my life changing surgery.
I weighed in at 282 lbs at 5'11. The pics below will be of b4 and current.
So much has changed in my life since that day. Some bad and yes mostly amazing. I am 37 yrs old and still 5'11 but now I weigh 172 lbs. When people look at me now they all say.. (Are you done yet) LOL.; i laugh.. I am pretty much done and have been very confy in my size 10. down from a 22. I love the new me and my life. I have so much more energy and can now keep up with my kids. If u have just had this surgery or are planning on it... DO IT!! Dont change ur mind. dont be scared, dont listen to the crap everyone tells yah.. DO IT!! u will be so happy u did. It is a life changing surgery.. I almost bailed on it and let me tell ALL of u.. I am so GLAD I didnt.. Good Luck in all u do.. and may GOD bless us all.. Will only let me add one pic..humm.. But please feel free to look at my pics and my progression..
