Not surprised. I'm assuming it's water... I ran a couple miles, did the elliptical for about 10 minutes (5 forward, 5 backward) then did 30 reps on the shoulder press, what I've always called "back situps" and leg lifts. I kicked my own ass. And all with a fever and crazy cough!

Today, I have class from 10-4 and then work from 5-9. I'm going to be exhausted and probably hate the world by the time I'm done... Wish me luck and cross your fingers that I survive it!

Not enough hours in the day. 50-60 hrs a week at work and school full time does not leave much time for anything. I have been waking an hour early to do p90x but it is leaving me exhausted all day. Need to adjust that plan, not sure how to fit it all in. Plus, I forgot how hungry you get when working out regularly. I am eating my protein smoothie in the morning and if I am still hungry I get some eggs and chicken on the way to work. Two count them TWO protein bars throughout the day as well as a regular lunch and dinner. I have been over 2000 calories some days when I push hard. Crazy after 800 calories for a year.Even my lowest days are 1700 or more. My, how things change.

 Today 111.3

Yesterday 109.8.

Water weight. I had a killer leg workout yesterday, and my glutes are screaming this morning.

I HATE INSURANCE COMPANIES AND DOCTORS!!!!!!

More specifically Plastic Surgeons - I have been planning on my LBL SINCE JUNE and they are still dicking me around on the predetermination letter.

I am about to find a new surgeon or a new insurance company or both.  I am having daily phone calls with both parties and they are both acting like children.

I am going to make myself feel better about this - not with food - but by watching SAW VI tonight.  Especially that scene with the medical consultants on the merry-go-round!

135.0 this morning. Up a half, down a half...

The clothes consultant came yesterday morning and we went through my closet and bureaus. We filled up one and a half 30-gallon garbage bags with clothes that were too big, too short, too shoulder-padded, or just old and tired. Most of my sweaters were cashmere and the shirts were silk; I am debating selling them on ebay or just donating them to Goodwill. So the closet rod is only half-filled now but the shopping trip is scheduled for Sept 28.

Right where it needs to be. Still wouldn't mind having a couple more pounds of buffer, but really that's just sort of a vanity thing I think.

Still striving for 17% body fat. Not quite there yet.
