Good morning. Humpday for me, how about you?

Today's weight 136.4

Got dressed this morning in my new juniors-size belted sweater with the broad horizontal stripes, plopped a brown fedora on my head, looked in the mirror and once again almost failed to recognize the person looking back at me. Do any of you still experience this?

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

Sunday, DH and I were shopping for Thanksgiving stuff, and he failed to recognize me in a crowd.  Loving that!

Yes and yes and yes.

Am normally in jeans. Before always had a T with a voluminous sweater or blouse or hoody.  But now feel ALMOST comfortable with just the T's and the jeans.  Actually have hips which are not really mine.  :)

At goal today.

Am still not quite sure what bounce back means.   Am trying to keep the calories/fat/carbs and exercise at my still-losing routine so what happens?  All of a sudden weight goes up 10 or more pounds?

Scary.  Other than losing 10 more in order to bounce up to goal what else can one do?

I think the term "bounce back" started w the RNY community. After 2 yrs or so malabsorption goes away and many of them will bounce up in weight.

With VSG I've seen people get more relaxed, eating more crap, eating around the sleeve, weighing less-typical pre-sleeve behavior. Stay vigilant like successful vets and weigh daily and stay in top of food issues. I've seen folks escape regain or maybe gain 5-10 pounds.

136 this morning.

When I see my reflection in a window or something I don't recognize it until I can see the face.  It's so odd.

Down to 164.2 this morning.  Hoping to keep going down.  I did see 163.7 on the scale for one day a while ago, but then went back up.  I am keeping track of my weight every day, and if there is a change, I am entering it on MFP so I can eventually see if there is a pattern to my gains/losses.

Have a great day everyone!

128.6 my lowest yet!
Especially with the tummy tuck and breast lift, yes. It is an amazing feeling to look at my body and actually be happy with the way it looks. Truly increadible!!!
