Still down a little more

As usual, I'm losing it slowly but at least I'm losing and not gaining.  I'm down to 157.5 so I am 16 lbs from my weight watchers goal.  I'm still trying to squeeze in exercise as much as possible.  It gets kinda hard sometimes but I'm trying and not just doing nothing. 

Good luck to all the newbies and everyone else on this journey.  Don't stop what you are doing towards your weight loss goals.  Its a daily battle!
