"TALKATIVE" BELLY

Figured out why my belly is so noisy and gurgly..  All the splenda in what I am allowed to have.  I remember years back when I used to travel every other weekend to see family that I would consume half a bag of SF sugar wafers (lemon yum).  By the time the 4 1/2 hr trip waw over, belly very active and noisy.  Well duh..  Need to find an alternative.
