NO MORE SABOTAGE

I did really well eating low carb for about a week and a half, lost 3 lbs then had 3 days of eating bad and gained up to 203. I am up 16 lbs from my lowest. I am back over 200 lbs again and I don't want to be.NO MORE sabotaging myself, NO MORE letting others sabotage me. I have to get my motivation back and my will power.
My first goal is to lose these 16 lbs then move forward. I have eaten very low carb today and started my Couch to 5K training today.
I have to do this, I have worked too hard to lose weight and I will not allow myself to go back to where I started. I WILL NOT LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN!
