doesn't feel much different except in my head! I guess I'll take what I can get..including positive thoughts.
ew I hate the number 1 for losses.. but I guess its better than 0 or +. I need to start hitting up the gym. I noticed that my biggest losses have come on weeks where I physically wear myself out. Ex: walking 3 miles to the football stadium saturday and then standing up in the student section for ~3 1/2 hours... That works!! This weekend we have an away game and I need to pledge to go to the gym and get in at least 3 miles to make up the difference.

ugh SOO SO SO CLOSE to the 100s!!! 200.2 is what I weighed in on wednesday (when I should have written this update) but since then my weight has fluxuated from 200.6 to 201. I'm so ready to be done with the 200s!
In other good news,
-My 18s (jeans, etc) are unwearable. 16s are starting to feel a little loose. 15 in juniors fit me perfectly, 17s fit a little loose. My 14s now fit better than my 18s!! So i'm getting those 18s out of my closet this weekend!
-I've noticed the attention from the opposite sex. My ex boyfriend will comment on my new facebook pictures (in his douchey fashion): "you got hot babe". I hate him :). Other people on facebook etc have been telling me I look great. It's pretty hard to ignore the fact that I'm anywhere from 50-75 pounds lighter from when most of them last saw me!
-My roommate officially thinks I am anorexic. haha, I just tell her I had surgery this summer (haven't gone into details) and that I'm not hungry very often and that my tastes have changed. And that I get nauseated easily. All true stories!
-School's going well, and we're officially into college football!!
-I feel great, and occasionally beautiful :)

wow! well I think a lot of my weight was due to Saturday's football game.. walking about 3 miles total and standing up for roughly 4 hours.. eek! it really took it out of me though. Very glad to see a huge loss this week.. it's been a while.

Sorry this post is a little late (Wednesday was my week 13 post op and Thursday was my 3 month!!)...the first week of school has already lent itself to STUDYING... stress.. class.. and studying some more!
I think with my weight loss I am experiencing even more PCOS symptoms. But that's another subject for another day.

-Alternate breakfasts between oatmeal and protein shake. I can't give up my oatmeal!!! So I'll compromise and eat oatmeal Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Protein shake Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (days that I have that 8:30 class!)
-Hit the gym. I hate going to the gym at OU (termed "The Huff").. but I need to start. I walk a lot around campus but need to learn the habit of going to the gym. At least once a week. Small goals, small goals!! Any more than once a week just isn't realistic for me right now.
-REACH THE 100s!!! by post op week 16. (9/15/2010)
-HAVE A BMI UNDER 30!!! To move from obese class I to overweight! WOO! I've never been so excited to be overweight! lol. This will happen at 194 lbs! I want to do this by post op week 19! (10/6/2010)
-Wear a "regular" (not plus size), sexy Halloween costume! I love Halloween. I know a lot of people have this goal. Halloween is approximately 9 1/2 weeks away. I want to be 20 lbs down, 189.5--(10/30/2010)

In other news, today was my first day of my junior year of college! I say junior, but might take more time to graduate :)
It was a very stressful day, but I got a lot done, including a bunch of walking. My schedule is going to be crazy for the next couple of weeks (or months;)) Other than that I've been doing pretty poorly on my meals. I to put more protein into my diet, that's for sure. I'll update again Wednesday with my Week 13 post op!

Let me start by saying it was a crazy week, and this is an estimated weight loss. I just moved last Saturday and didn't have my scale set up until today. It is work week for my sorority and I've been super busy and haven't been able to update! Good news is I've basically been too busy to eat!! It will only get worse.. rush starts Friday and thus begins a week of dresses and standing up straight! Wish us luck :)
