Dear Melissa, I, too, struggle with ongoing anemia and in order to get my hemoglobin up I have been taking Ferrous Sulfate, 2 tablets which is 650mg, and take them at night, to decrease nausea and also, your body absorbs it more efficiently if you take it with orange juice. Eat lots and lots of protein Good Luck

Melissa, I am so happy for you. Even though I am having surgery a week before you ill be there to see you in the hospital! I know it has been a rough road but keep in mind that before you know it the time will be here and gone already! And youll be on the road to being a loser! Love Ya!
