4/2/2011 - .....okay so like...I call the WLS nurse to see if she had my 5 year medical history from 2005-2010..(mind you I lived in 4 different with the last 6 years...lol...yes I'm a mover)...

3/30/2011 - ..okay so I got a call back today about my results from the upper g.i. test...everything came back okay....next step I'm not really sure but I have to call the WLS doctor tomorrow....
