I am so excited friends.
I am in month 4 and I am 63 lbs. down. Woohoo! 
I was so happy today to step on the scale and see 199 (onederland). 
What a great moment. I was thinking it would never get here but I guess I just needed to be patient. I can't wait to see what comes next.The only thing I am hating right now is how much hair I am losing by the minute.
I know it is par for the course so I am trying to take it in stride.
