From Insights to Inspiration: OH2025 Conference Highlights You Can’t Miss!

OH2025 Conference Highlights: Since 2004, every ObesityHelp Conference has offered a powerful space for the bariatric community to learn, connect, and be inspired. Each event sparks meaningful and often lifelong relationships, shared experiences, and renewed motivation to pursue healthier lives. This year, our 74th conference in Irvine, CA was no exception! OH2025 continued the tradition in all the best ways.

We’re proud to share that 30 scholarships were awarded courtesy of our incredible Platinum Sponsor, Premier Protein®, and an additional 2 scholarships were provided by our amazing Support Sponsor, UCI Health. These scholarships supported applicants who wanted to attend the conference but indicated financial hardship. In total, 40 brands participated as sponsors, exhibitors, or contributors of swag and giveaways, and 10 speakers led 14 workshops, sessions, and an engaging and informative fireside chat.

Two Days, Education and Endless Inspiration!

OH2025 was truly a conference to remember! We kicked things off with a little fitness, exciting exhibit hall visits where attendees explored weight management products and services, and an awesome clothing exchange! Then attendees gathered in the Crystal Ballroom for a fun Mix & Mingle welcome session sponsored by LeRenew Med Spa. It was a great way to start the day and to laugh, share, and connect. Prizes and giveaways were awarded throughout the session, including a luxurious $350 gift basket courtesy of LeRenew. Congratulations to the many winners of the morning!

What Your Body Is Trying to Tell You: Rethinking Health, Hunger, and Healing

Four leading experts came together to unpack what your body may be trying to communicate through cravings, fatigue, plateaus, and other common challenges. From metabolism and hormones to mindset and trauma, this informative fireside chat explored how to break down mixed signals, identify hidden barriers, and offered strategies for lasting change. Our attendees walked away with so many questions asked and answered!

Traditions are everything! After taking in all the tips and strategies for living a healthier lifestyle, it was time to unwind and celebrate on Friday and Saturday evenings. And we sure had fun! At OH Conferences, every attendee is a VIP! Each year, we can’t wait to roll out the red carpet and welcome you to our Saturday evening celebration filled with community, joy, and exciting giveaways. What would our conferences be without the incredible support of our volunteer team? Their energy, positivity, constant smiles, and all the ways they give back to the community are truly second to none. This year, we were fortunate to have 31 AMAZING individuals who jumped in without hesitation wherever and whenever they were needed. From registration and setting up the clothing exchange to assembling swag bags, decorating, and checking in on attendees, vendors, and speakers, our volunteers are always ready to help. Many even go above and beyond by creating signs, bringing supplies from home, and contributing decorations. They are the heart and soul of our conferences, and we are deeply grateful for each and every one of them!
