2025 Meet & Greet Costume Party- Sponsored by ObesityHelp

Friday evenings and the Meet & Greet Costume Party at OH Conferences are legendary! Many attendees start planning and creating their costumes just as soon as they buy their early bird tickets. Months before the conference, the excitement builds in our private ObesityHelp Conference Group, with playful hints and sneak peeks of costumes shared along the way. And when the big night finally arrives…WOW! Our attendees never fail to impress!

The Meet & Greet Costume Party isn’t just about dressing up—it’s about letting go, celebrating community, and making memories that last long after the conference ends.

This year, after a full day of learning and inspiration, OH2025 conference attendees, speakers, and vendors were more than ready to slip into their creative, carefully planned costumes and dance the night away on the outdoor garden patio, beautifully decorated by the dedicated OH staff and amazing volunteers. The DJ kept the energy high, spinning all the right songs as a gentle fog drifted across the dance floor, creating the perfect spooky Halloween vibe. Attendees posed for fun photos at the booth and enjoyed light snacks and refreshing drinks before the big moment arrived…the costume contest!

With so many creative costumes, the judges, OH2025 Meet & Greet sponsors ObesityHelp CEO Eric Klein, his wife Trang, and members of the OH Team, had an incredibly tough job choosing the winners. After much deliberation, the final selections were made. Thank you to all the contestants; your enthusiasm, energy, and pure joy were absolutely contagious! We appreciate each of you for joining in the fun, and congratulations to the winners!

In Loving Memory of Nikki Hastings Lucas

This year’s Meet & Greet Costume Party held special meaning as we dedicated the evening to the memory of Nikki Hastings Lucas, our friend and longtime coworker, who passed away in May 2025. Nikki was wholeheartedly devoted to the ObesityHelp community, always going above and beyond with sincerity, empathy, and unwavering care. Nikki’s love for Halloween, holidays, and all things costumes made this tribute especially fitting. We miss her deeply.
