thanks guys! i am excited about getting close to goal but i've already decided that i want to be a size 8. a good 8 not a sometimes a 10 size 8...if that makes sense. i don't know how much i'll have to weigh to be there so i'll just keep changing my goal i'm sure until i reach that size. this has been a terrific experience and totally worth it! i'd do it all over again. today is my 9 month aniversary and boy how time flies!! Hi Buna, Sorry to hear the 2 lbs but it could just be water weight. Your doing the right things so hopefully it will drop off. I went in Friday for a endoscope and found out I had another stricture the second one in 8 mon. The doc said he opened it as much as he could, but did not think it would hold open I don't know what they do if it doesn't stay open. I guess I will have to wait and see what happens. Chapter 8 is up for both books. They are both short this week, but my plastics are distracting me. Also I've added new content to goals, candids, and two of the secret pages. Sorry, everyone but there won't be any new chapters for a week or so. I'm having plastics friday, and I'm pretty sure that I won't want to post chapters right out of the hospital. I wouldn't want to write a bad chapter and dissapoint you guys. Maybe on the 11th there will be new work up. I actually went on vacation to Las Vegas in August, I was there for 8 days. I fortunately had a timeshare, with a kitchen, so I went to the supermarket, spent $20 on food, and lived it up for a week. Protein is all over the place, order a sandwich, only eat the protein...stop and get a yogurt at a cafe in a casino, bring a tuna packet-the ones w/o water, open it up, enjoy. Don't be afraid to throw things out...I am such a food waster now.
