Worth every waking, sleeping, sh*tting, grubbing, dancing moment of my life! I only wish I'd have done it sooner... Not a day goes by where I regret going through with this whole thing. I don't eat alot of the bad foods not because I can't, just because I don't care to or want to! I choose a happy life, versus being a slave to food anyday!

Tara, try to relax. It isn't recommended that pregnancy happen before 18 months, however, you aren't the only one this has happened to. My WLS buddy got pregnant at 4 months post-op, of course, our surgeon wasn't happy but she is seeing a high risk pregnancy OB/GYN and they are monitoring her closely. So far, everything is fine. It is just imperative that you follow the directions your surgeon and OB/GYN give you. You do need to get in additional noursihment to sustain the babies weight.
