Dana I'm definitely getting a lot of fluid intake. i drink a lot! i've always been a big drinker so no problems there. I'm going to post the same thing on the main board like you said...maybe someone there has the answer. who knows. Yeah i'm 7 pounds to my goal but who knows if i'll change my goal once i get there. depends on how i look and feel then. it's taken me awhile to get back on the losing track but i switched up my exercise route and it seems to be working...i've lost 5 pounds this week so far!! you'll get to goal sooner than you realize girl! you always give me great advice or at least point me in the right direction. Thanks!! Steph 350/172/165

Stephanie, I had dizziness early on and I think mine was due to insufficient liquid intake, how much are you drinking? One of my angellette's that had surgery in July is experiencing the same thing right now. Please post this to the main board too, see if someone there might be able to help. Dana Wow look at you 7 lbs to your goal, yea! I'm stuck at 6 for 2 weeks now .

Has anyone experienced a problem with dizziness when you get up. Let me explain that a little better. Everytime I stand up I get dizzy/lightheaded like I'm going to pass out. My doctor told me to just get up slow and wait a few seconds before I walk. Not always do-able...plus i always forget until I start walking and get dizzy. Not smart I know!! I keep an eye on my blood pressure so I know that it isn't running to low. I just I just want to know if I'm the only one with this problem. I feel like I should be over all my little healthy problems now!! I feel good most of the time, but now just strange little things happen. Like the dizziness. Steph 350/172/165

Hey Faith, I'm going to agree with you, its the carbs and I'm sure water retention, you had a good deal of salt yesterday, drink tha****er girl, you should see it move down in a day or two. Did you eat enough protein, looks kind of low too. I think other than the pizza, your carbs are fine, I'm assuming you ate the pizza crust right, not just the topping? I'm stalled again, so I'm really cutting my carbs back, trying to stay below 20 but it's hard because of my protein drinks. I can't get enough protein in without the drinks. This is what I had yesterday: B - 1/2 Power Crunch bar AchievOne coffee L - 3 oz chili with cheese D - 2 oz chicken, 2 teaspoons of potato salad (bad girl, ) S - 1 cup popcorn (again bad girl) Today I've had: B - 3 oz cottage cheese L - 2 oz deli turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion and jalapeno S - AchievOne Coffee D - ???? S - Protein Delite drink w/Carb Countdown See much less carbs than yesterday, so I'm working on it. Dana

Hmmm, I think the energy part is some what right for me. It seems when I want to sit down to post, I get to antsy, and want to get up and do something more energizing!!! I am 8 months out now, down 111 pounds and well over 60 inches from everywhere. I went from a size 24, and am now into a 5/6. I see the 4's coming soon though. The actual weight loss has slowed down since I am so close to my goal weight. I feel wonderful though, and have been very active! Sorry that I have not been to active here... I will try to get better with it though... PROMISE!

Cheryl, Sorry youre havin trouble, hope they fix ya up! I guess it has been kinda slow huh? Ive been busy getting things ready for my plastics in 3 weeks. Shopping, freezing foods, deep cleaning the house, laundry, all the fun stuff. Good news for me is my weight is stabelizing now. I'm in a size 4 pants now (5 in juniors) with NO STRETCH. I cant beleive it. I'm eating all day long trying to stay where I am. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would end up a 4 and have to make myself eat. What a trip. 6 was my ideal size for me, but I guess my body had other plans. Let us know how your scope goes! Krystle

Hi Deb, yes there can be weight gain after we reach our goals. However, if we truly learn to eat healthy 99.9% of the time and stay on top of our daily intake, water, and exercise ~~ it's controllable and won't get away from us. I'm allowing myself a 5 lb cushion one way or the other knowing that if I get outside of my comfort zone, I'll go back to the basics. Congratulations, you have done well. Wishing you a lifetime of happiness. Dana

Hi, take a deep breathe and relax, you seem to have hit a plateau, which is a common occurance on this journey. Give us an idea of a typical days menu and maybe someone can help you. How many calories, carbs and protein grams are you eating? I use fitday.com to track my intake, strive to get in 70+ grams of protein, less than 30 grams of carbs and between 500-750 calories a day. Drinking extra water, changing your exercise routine, and your food might help jump start the plateau. Our bodies get comfortable with a routine and we sometimes need to shock it to get the metabolism going. Stay positive and no I don't think you're done. We are beyond the honeymoom (6 months) but typically most lose weight up to 12 - 18 months. Good Luck! Dana
