Hey Stef, thanks. Girl I hear you we'll never be satisfied, I don't want to be too tall, one of my sister's is 5'10" and she has trouble finding pants long enough, I am on the other end, too long. I think being about 5'6" would be an ideal height, then I'm find something else I wanted different . My husband always tells me "I'll never be satisfied, with myself" ummm, starting to think it's true . Best wishes on your continued journey. Hugs, Dana

I want to thank everyone so much for all the great help that you have given me. Well I got on the scale this morning and it was down by 2 lbs. As far as being hungry I am only hungry in the morning. And I am losing inches my cloths are getting loser. But I want to see those lbs fall off like before. I have a job were I have to do a lot of stair climbing and I walk alot. other than that I only get to do any exersize on the weekend. I am very busy with work, school, and a three year old boy. So maybe I need to try to get more exersize in my life. I will try that is my pledge. thanks again to all that responded. faith 389/251/???

you look great dana. you are a little bitty ole thing!! you wish you were taller and i wish i was shorter. i think i'm the milkman's baby because i come from a family of short people. i stick out like a sore thumb! the women in my family are about 5' and the men are about the same height as me 5'8". it has it's advantages with the weight thing though. great job on the weight loss and you look fantastic!!

Thanks sweetie. Pat, you know if someone would have told me I was sm/med boned pre-op I would have laughed at them, heck I always thought I was "Big Boned" . I'm amazing how small my wrist, hands, and ankles are. I'm 5'1" (almost but that's what we used at the docs), wish I was taller. I to wish I'd have done this surgery 4 years ago when I first looked into it, I wasn't ready then though. I also want to thank you for the menu, I'm going shopping tomorrow to get the stuff I need, the recipes sound yummy. You'll never know how much I appreciate it. I'll probably improvise this week, because of time constraints but I'll be sure to cook next weekend for the entire week. Hugs, Dana

Frankly, I think you are doing fantastic. I've lost 107, but must admit I haven't exercised as much as I should. Summer is our really busy time at work and I was working 14-16 hour days. Just not enough time, but now am back at it again. I seem to lose in "bunches" I may go 2-3 weeks without any movement on the scales then drop several pounds. I try not to get on the scale but 2x per month, that way I'm not disappointed if I don't see much of a loss. I still have 80 lbs to lose, but it's like the tortise and the hare, we will both get there eventually. Good work Buna! :party Pat

Ah Dana, you are just a little peanut of a thing aren't you? I'm probably not quite as short, but also very petite boned. I still have so far to go....I didn't lose any weight before surgery nor was it required...I wish I would have done this years ago... You look absoluetely wonderful! Pat
