I rarely weigh myself. I usually just wait until a doctor/surgeon appt and find out then. I used to be so obsessed with weighing myself but now I just dont care anymore, I just want to be 'normal' again. I hide my scale under my bed anyway so I dont have to see it.

LUCKY! I only seem to be attracting men older than my father these days. I get checked out more, by men of all ages, but I'm only hit on/asked out by the old ones!

I weigh every day, but I don't beat myself up for what I see. (unless I am really bad and deserve it.) Weight fluctuates with the time of day, your intake, your clothes, etc, and you can't fladulate yourself over one pound. Also you have to understand that we are 7 mos out. The honeymoon is over, and we have to work harder now, but it will still come off. Don't be too hard on yourself if you weigh every day.

Thats great news!!!!
My insurance wont cover tummy tucks so I'm gonna just self pay and not mess with em. I go this Tuesday for my consult to see how much this is gonna cost me. I figure I'll wait till February to actually have it done. That way I can ask grandma and mommy for some "birthday" money along with what Ive beens saving since I had bypass lol! I have a good shot with them since they both want to help (and my birthday is Feb 3rd too) and theyve seen what my tummy looks like.

Way to go Jeanie!!!!! Youve had quite a ride huh? Hows it going with the hernia??
BTW~~ The skin graft actually looks good in the pics. Looks like it was healing up pretty good. I wish I didnt have a belly button lol! Mine keeps getting infected from all the extra skin. Ahh well its a small price to pay.
