I'm now down 91 lbs!!! 23 yrs old height 5'3" pre-op bmi 42 post op bmi 26....6 pounds away from being ****NORMAL**** Pre-op weight -237 lbs post weight -146 lbs pre-op shirts -3XL(18/20) post op shirts -generally a size 4 (anywhere from an XS to XL ugh! No consistency!) pre-op pants -VERY TIGHT 18/20 post op pants -9/10....do I dare say I see myself in a 5/6 sometime in the near future!.... I can't complain about my weight loss...I used to worry that I would fail, but I'm now worried that I MAY lose too much. I'm worried I'm going to be underweight for my height. My doctor set my goal weight at 130 lbs...I set it at 115 lbs, but I think I may end up something like 109 lbs...which is WAY smaller than both my sisters. How weird it is to say this, but I think that's TOOoOoO skinny! I only want to lose another 31 lbs. I haven't really had any plateaus as of yet, or maybe it's because mentally I prepared myself for them that they didn't bother me too much for me to even notice...

Robin, congratulations on being overweight. I agree it is cool. Good luck on your PS, I'm excited for you. My surgeon recommends 18 months after goal before any PS so I'll listen to him on this although the sooner the better. Oh well, time is flying so hopefully it goes fast. that's wonderful, robin. i'm so happy for you. please keep posting about your progress. i know that i, too, will be interested in the plastic surgery aspect once i've lost another 120 pounds or so. but by that time, you'll be through all the plastics thanks for sharing dorthe

BMI of 29.9, That's just overweight!!! Sooooo cool!! Also, I went to see the PS today. He said that they will definitely do my tummy and my breasts. He had a 6 month waiting list, but I'm on the cancellation list too, so it might be sooner. Plus, that will give me the time to get a little more weight off. Yea! I'm getting my tummy done!
