I am down 98 lbs from morning of surgery weight, 103 lbs from Preadmission Testing. Feel great, just trying to get over that 100 lbs hurdle. You all look amazing. Sherry 345/247/142

Hi! I had my surgery 2/23 also. I am 5'6, started at 258 and am now 172 for a loss of 86 pounds. I lift weights 3 times a week and walk when I can. I was a size 24 now I'm a 12!! WOOHOO!! I too still see myself fat but people tell me how great I look all the time. People at work and my husband all say "Hey skinny " all the time. I'm working on getting insurance approval for a breast reduction. I don't think there is much hope of getting insurance to pay for the tummy tuck so not really working on that yet. It is a lot harder to lose now for me. I have to really work at it. I would like to get to 150-160 without the work 145-155 with the work done. I was 145 when I got married 18 years ago and after 2 kids I'm not sure if I can get quite that low again.One can hope though!I also have a lot more muscle now then I did back then and muscle weighs more than fat. I have had this pain twice so far! However, my gall bladder went bad two months ago, so I thought it had to do with that. I had this past Sunday and thought it might be my gall bladder. All I know is that I hurt so bad and then in about 30 minutes it went away. I didn't have my gall bladder taken out like most of you during the surgery. I didn't want to take something out that was not bad at that time. Now I may have to consider getting it removed. However, if you all are having the same cramps in your tummy then something else is wrong, that is if you all have had your gall bladder removed before or during surgery. Tameka, I too have the hair loss problem! I hate it and I have tried the Nioxin Shampoo and Conditioner and take Biotin and extra iron. Nothing works it seems. I have recently started trying the horse and mane shampoo and conditioner. I am still losing lots of hair. I brush my hair before bathing and my brush is full of hair and after I bathe I find hair all over the tub. Also, after I bathe I brush my hair and the brush is full then. I do not know what else to do. Oh my surgery was on the same date as yours. I had my surgery at 4 that evening and was out the next day. However, I have lossed 88 pounds now. I feel wonderful, other than losing the hair! Talk to you soon! Tamela

Woooo Hoooo Lisa, that is a wonderful WOW moment. I haven't flown since surgery but I can only imagine how great you felt not worrying about fitting. Congratulations you're doing great. Dana
