Meryl, give yourself a break. Maybe it wasn't the best food choice but think of it like this, you ate a small portion, you didn't indulge in the whole thing. We are all human, we aren't perfect. Hi Temeka, We have the same surgery date! My hair has been coming out in droves. I just go with it. I talked to my doctor who said the amount of protein has nothing to do with the hair loss. The reason for the hair loss is the large amount of weight loss. When the fat cells release the hormone estrogen, it causes hair loss. She said it's like after having a baby. I want to say that I notice a slow down in the hair loss, but I'm afraid I'll jinx myself!!! As long as it grows back, I'm ok with it!! Maisy 265/175/???
