Dont beat yourself up over it!!! "Normal" people do eat lasagna right?? and we are trying to act like normal people right!!! Just be more aware of your protien next time. Food is there for us to enjoy....not overindulge!!!

I just went on my lunch break and I had LASAGNA!!!!!!!! I am beating myself up. I have a slight headache and a baby tummyache but I have a major guilt complex! I didn't eat it all but I boxed it up to go. Well, I did one thing right... I already threw out the leftovers. If only I could get my head on straight I would be okay 
Topic: I did it!!!
Well...after posting about being sick and such ( I updated on that post) I finally have some good news! I have become a member of the century club!!! I weighed last night and have dropped 101 pounds! OMG this is amazing! I now weigh 170 and my goal is 150, so I can see a light at the end of the tunnel!!

Hi Robin,
I'm also hoping to get a couple of lifts and tucks. Make sure you post on how your consult goes. I've seen just about every surgery there is on television but although I really need to get rid of the bat wings under my arms I'm a little afraid of more surgery. I didn't have any complications at all with my WLS but I almost didn't go thru with it due to a sickining fear I got while on the pre-op table. It was actually quite embarrasing. Just as they were about to load up the IV with the happy juice, I sat up and started to cry like a child who just dropped his ice cream.
It was pathetic. But congrats on everything and I'd love to know who the consult goes.

I got my Plastics consult!!!!!! I go on the 8th for my 6month (actually my 7th), and my PS consult on the same day.
My PCP says they should do the tummy with no prob, but he's not sure about the arms thighs and boobs. I'm gonna lay all my cards on the table, and hope for the best hand possible!
