When I eat oatmeal I mix peanut butter in it - seems to help.

John, you don't even look the same, be sure to send a photo to [email protected] too and have them change your posting picture. What about the before and after pictures, ever add yourself there after the 100 lb loss, you can request that also.

Thanks Steph, I'm now trying to remember if the other episodes where when I had oatmeal and no snack? I wasn't hungry for a snack so I missed it....girl did I start shaking and felt rotten, thank goodness I had peanut butter crackers in my purse (wasn't intended for me, for my little boy) that came in handy. I ate 2 and it quickly subsided, gosh the carbs in there are high though.
Someone else mentioned the oatmeal setting us up for carb cravings....it usually keeps me quiet full that's why I ate it this morning, quick and easy. Going to watch this though and see if I find a trend.
BTW, how many protein drinks do you use a day....you can email me privately if you prefer.
Thanks,
Dana
