Way cool! Isn't it nice to have our blood work come back good like that? I mean, most of us spent years hating going in to the doctor for anything cuz we were so unhealthy and FAT! Now we look forward to going in to show off how far we've come! Yes, exercise will help that cholestrol! I know it's hard getting started. Just try to find what works for you and JUST DO IT! I get up at 4:00 am 5 days a week. I have been doing this without missing a day (even thru the Holidays!) since Sept. Now it is just the way it is, I don't even think about it, it's like brushing your teeth! But the benefits!! I feel so good, I never get winded! I went to a friends house last night and her husband was a sweetie and was teaching me to dance. That is on my list of things to do when I am no longer fat, and since I am NO LONGER FAT!! I am ready to learn. I didn't even break a sweat! I was teasing him cuz he was breathing heavy, but it was a breeze for me. That treadmill at 4 mph for 30 minutes makes a BiG difference! My last cholestrol was 113, yes, I typed 113! I asked them if it could be too low! I really think exercise is what is making the difference. Ok, that is my pep talk for today! Stephanie, You look marvelous and I LOVE those pics. I have the same black top with the blue flowers that I was wearing in my before pic. I'm going to take another picture of me on my one year anniversary with that top on. It too wraps around and could be used as a DRESS for heaven sake! Hey Dana, I go in for my annual bloodwork on the 8th with follow-up on the 13th. Wish I were at goal like you, but...sigh. I'm not. Still plugging away. Tooter seems to think I'm not eating enough and suggested I up the calories to 1200 per day. Hard to do though! Pat
