I use the Leslie Sansone Walk away the Pounds Videos...they have 1,2,and 3 mile walks. They are great!! I love them!

That is so wonderful, you are such a beautiful woman. I always enjoy reading your posts. I have been searching thru all of the old posts looking for the name of the walking video you use and can not find it. Could you post it again. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I too, am so much happier and healthier and seem to be enjoying this season holidays so much more than other years. I am doing more, and particapating more will all activities. I hope everying is enjoying these holidays too.... Dawn

A nurse that works at the center where I had my surgery said she eats several twinkies every day to stop losing anymore. LOL. You have really lost quickly. I thought I had, but you have done great! Hope you find the answer for you. Did you see a dietitian before surgery? Maybe she could help now. Chris
