I remember 2-3 months after surgery you were very skeptical and concerned about not losing weight like some of the others but look at you now -130lbs....fantastic!

Sooo pretty. I hear ya about workers asking about weight loss. I've been bombarded with that, once i return to work I'll hear, oh you could have died, oh do you regret it, and all the naysayers. I work with hundreds of verbal women. Some of them are also gastric patients with either RNY or Lap Band. I am like Stop, wait, you cannot join my club. There's only room for T's in my club, the T's are the one i married and the one I birthed...

9 lbs in two months that far out is awesome! I just saw my surgeon a few weeks ago and thought he would be upset because I had only lost 20 lbs since early September. He was VERY pleased and explained to me that the loss will slow as we get further out because we have less to lose now.

On 2-8 I will be 1 year out of surgery I have lost a total of 117 pounds which I thought was pretty good. I have only lost 9 pounds in the past 2 months. I dont understand. I excersice eat well. My doctor gave me the 3rd degree and I even felt worse. Anyone else with this problem. Any suggestions.

Sorry to hear all you are going thru. Maybe you can change to a different surgeon all together. The one you have sounds very rude and far from supportive. Keep your head up I will keep you in my prayers.
