Topic: RE: Arrrrrrgh, I've GAINED!
Thanks Julie!
Sorry it took me a while to reply. Guess what though? I'm back down to 189.8. Not bad huh? I've gotten the snacking under control...I think I was doing it cause of my period...just got it yesterday. I started fitdaying today and I hope to continue to for this entire week (mini goal). Then I want to slowly get back into exercising. I know we're only human and we all mess up once in a while. Not the end of the world right...Love you much too!!

Topic: RE: The local YMCA is featuring me in a brochure!
Some people think just walking into the gym counts as exercise. I've heard the staff talk about the members who come, hang out in the locker room a bit, and then go home and say "Yeah, I went to the gym this morning". One of the trainers was even talking about the women who walks around "blessing the machines". He called it that because he wasn't sure what she was doing and he knew for darn sure it wasn't exercising. LOL

Deanna,
I know stories too of people who've had this surgery and gained quite a bit of weight back. Most of the long term success in keeping weight off has included some form of exercise. That's why I've made sure exercise was an important part of my new life. I want to keep the weight off. (hugs)
Topic: question
Does anyone know a better program than fitday to enter in my strength training record? I may just use and excel spreadsheet but thought if anyone knew of a better way...that would be great.
Topic: RE: Ladiesss I need your help*Question!
Hope you're feeling better. Don't know about the amoxicillin . I take vicodin for pain and it's ok. I'm sure your docs office doesn't mind you asking about meds. So sorry for the root canal....I really hate those. I got 2 crowns for Christmas...no fun either but I'm pretty royal...lol

Congratulations! Way to go! Woo Hoo!
You go girl!!! and any other expression we can think of ....they are right wls or not, I think we work out and have a better understanding of our health than most of the people in the YMCA. I love going and working out there too.
Topic: RE: Waste of time...
Hugs.....it may seem that it was a waste of time but what if they did find something wrong....It's always better to check. Number one thing to remember is to take care of yourself. Go ahead and vent anytime...we all totally understand.
Hugs and more hugs....feel better
