Wow!! Congratulations, and they are absolutely correct. It is one thing to take the step to have the surgery and to make that a success (because we know from stories that some people are not successful after surgery) but to have the determination to stay with the work out program and weight lifting is just awesome! You should be very proud!!

The local YMCA has approached me to be in their new brochure as a local success story. I feel so honored! At first I was like, but I had WLS. And they told me that WLS did not make me the top female weight lifter the last 6 months and the top female total work outs last month. It may have helped me loose weight but it doesn't make me go to the gym 6 days a week.
I put the photos they sent me to approve in my profile. I have to admit, I look pretty good on those machines! I'll put a copy of the article for the brochure as soon as it's done. I'm so excited. WOOHOO!
Topic: Waste of time...
Spent all day at hospital having test run, nothing showed up. I'm still pretty sick in my opinion, fever, chills, uncontrolled sweating, but I'm fine. I'm so mad.
The hospital treated me poorly and then told the dr I refused follow up care.
Total crap. Now, why do I pay 1/2 a grand a month for insurance and i'm the one doing all the work. My friggan throat feels like it's going to blow up and I hate this situation i'm in.
I am having second thoughts as to why I did this in the first place. Thanks for listening to my vent, hopeflly I won't die over the course of the weekend

One step at a time, girlfriend. If you are having the same discomfort you had BEFORE the hernia surgery, I would think that would require further investigation. Take care of your health before you get yourself crazy over school, OK? xosm

Just wanted to commiserate with you and say that root canals suck.
