I dont know any hard data Elisa.......BUT.......I took Amox when I had strep throat and I was fine!! Good luck and I hope our mouth is feelin better soon!!

I went to the dentist Tuesday and had a partial root canal

and the doctor prescribed amoxicillin. Do any of you know if that's safe to take? I did some research and it all seems to say it's safe but I want to make double sure. Thanks! Elisa

Hello there, I had my lap band done on 2/2/06 and have gone from 218 the day of surgery to 185 now...i've been stuck for the last 2 months at least. I don't exercise as i should, but working 8 hours sometimes knocks me out. I have gone from an 18/20/22 to a loose 14, so it has worked, I just need to work more with it. Dee

I still have no changes to report, I've been to urgent care and my PCP. I did receive an email back from the surgeon, with his number to call directly. I will be calling in the morning to have some test scheduled, I hate to drive 90 minutes and then be sent for test. Cannot help the corporate microtime manager inside of me. I hate to drive that far and just sit around. I need to be fixed in the next 96 hours so I can return to school next week and feel better. Sorry to be so negative. JT

I do that too! Isn't it funny that we still go to the plus size section at the store. Again, it's the fat girl brain thing. I keep thinking there is no way I can fit into regular clothes. People at my support group say it takes about a year to stop going to the plus size section. Well, we're almost a year out so hopefully we can stop going. I keep thinking that people are looking at me strange "like you don't belong here fatty" when I go into the smaller sections. My husband says it's all in my head and I know he's right. Maybe I need to see a therapist or something. (sigh)

I got some Levis in a size 6 from Santa, and some yoga workout pants in a size small!!!! I still keep telling myself they MUST be sized wrong!!! DH is like..... you have enough size 6s and smalls now, that Im sure they cant ALL be sized wrong!!! We RAWK!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great site! According to the calculator on this site, my ideal body weight is 116... says I am 3 lbs above ideal... hmmm But I like that is says that I am 40 lbs below the average weight for my height and age.
