(HUGS!!!!!!) YA GO GIRL! Honey we still have 6 months to go with the easy (sorta) weight loss so you're gonna get even smaller! I bought my first pair of size 8 pants at the GAP on Sunday. I NEVER thought I would(or wanted to) see single digit pants. I even had to get a size small gym pants. ME? In a small? No friggin way! My fat girl brain still thinks of me as large.

What he says proves it. CARBS ARE EVIL!!! Too many carbs block the body's ability to burn fat. INTERESTING to say the least. Most of the information he provides was new to me and a real eye opener. Hey guys! I had a major WOW moment...(at least I thought so ) Anyway, I bought 2 pairs of Size 12 jeans from ebay thinking I would put them in the closet for a little while till I fit in them. Well I received them yesterday and tried them on just to see and lo and behold...THEY FIT!!!! And just the way I like them. I have NEVER been a size 12 ever...probably since grade school. I was ecstatic and thought I would share this with ya'll. Loretta
